Great to try a free week. Great teachers, facility, location and scheduling. The yoga sculpt classes are a perfect blend of cardio, weights and yoga. Just wish there are more low or no heat classes.

The instructors, music, and workout variety during Yoga Scuplt is great! I used to go to the Village location before rejoining, and North Raleigh has surpassed my experience there.
Absolutely love the CorePower Yoga studio in Cary Crossroads! The whole staff is so incredibly talented and kind. The studio is very welcoming and it is great for all levels of yoga practice. There is always someone available to discuss membership or classes with you, and the vibes are truly immaculate. Thank you CPY for being a source of fitness and community!
This studio does not have the bug corporate chain feel that the others do. Very clean and intimate.
