I think your instructors are great and am always challenged by the classes. I love the varying weights - too many gyms just have 2, 3, and 5 lb. weights. That said, I wish y'all incorporated resistance bands into your workouts to kick things up another level...

Most of the classes are amazing the teachers have lots of talent and new moves that I like to perform but sometimes don’t agree on the timing
