I love the energy at CorePower! The instructors are always so welcoming and encouraging, and I love that I can challenge myself while still going at my own pace. I always leave feeling stronger, accomplished, and in such a better mood. It’s definitely become something I look forward to! I’ve told all my friends :)

Great class, fun music
I love Core Power Roslyn specifically for Heidi ! I come once a week to this location as I normally go to the Core Power locations in NYC where I work closest to but I don’t get a workout as good as Heidi’s class during the week. I truly look forward to every weekend just to incorporate her class into my schedule.

The facility is clean. The instructors I’ve had have all been great and supportive! Fairly easy to get a spot in a class. Overall, no complaints!
