The variety of classes offered at this site is really intriguing for me. I never know how the day will go for work, so I'm grateful that my favorite classes are offered frequently and on different days.
Monica is the best! She was so helpful to come over several times and assist me in class. She was very kind and non judgemental. I will be back! She is so welcoming!

Fresh Pond is in a great location , especially for a "city" location- there's plenty of parking and the studio is MASSIVE. I'm a 6am regular and there's more than plenty of showers for after class , plus plenty of outlets in the bathroom for getting ready for work afterwards. The location makes it easy for me to stop in for a class on my commute into work.
Want to give Jenni D a shoutout as she's the reason I'm a regular at Fresh Pond- her cues are amazing and playlists always pop off!
The space and atmosphere is largely peaceful - although it would be great if they enforced their no phones policy - and the teachers are generally solid. A great place to learn.
Everything. The staff and teachers are excellent. Warm welcomes, teachers who practice regularly and inspire us to do our best. Knowing I am doing good for my body, mind and spirit to stay strong and in shape. A place for quiet meditation and a challenging physical practice draws me to show up. I always feel glad to have "gotten yoga in" for the day. It's a blessing.

Detoxying workouybtr
I took a C2 class with Megan Benn. I really loved this class and instructor. She was incredibly attentive and mindful of postpartum needs, offering thoughtful modifications and gentle encouragement throughout. I felt supported, not pushed, and appreciated how she created a space that felt both safe and empowering.
Haley is fantastic! I live in Chicago and try to get ginger class whenever I’m in DFW -every other week or so.
The extreme workout during sculpt class. The extra room I have in the back room of room 2. The non stop working. All teachers are great.
