The sales personal was assume. Very helpful for what I was looking for. They hit nail right on the head.When I purchased the boat I had bought alot of new electronics and trolling motor that I was going to put on...My wife suggested to get a estimate first from the service manager since this was a big project..The project consisted of the Garmin force trolling motor, Garmin echomap 93 sv fish finder ,,,Garmin ultra2 106 sv with livescope plus system,,A 4th battery and new wiring were to be put in just to run the electronics. The service department had my my boat for a week and kept me updated on the progress ever other day.The head technician was the only man working on this project and he knew I was very meticulous on what I wanted done. He did a AWESOME job .Everything was perfect. Andy took me thru a walk thru on what he had done .My wife took a video of the event,,,Just incase nobody believed me how Alpin house treated me. Alpin house kept their word on the estimate even though it took ALOT longer then they thought. I appreciate everything the Alpin house work force did for me.
Pleasant staff when scheduling and when I arrived. They explained what they were doing and helped me get my extended service plan involved. Other than not liking how expensive everything is the service was efficient and I was very satisfied.

When we picked up our RV the technician Blake gave us a thorough orientation of all of the features of the RV. He took the time to answer every question we had. As first time RV owners the was very important to us.

My wife and I are very pleased with Alpin Haus RV I would recommend them for all your RV repairs and issues We had a hole in our roof from a tree branch in a storm and had to replace the complete roof They told how long and when it would be done and they true to their statement I am not excited about paying everything up front and I was nervous but I trust them now and they are our go to dealer ship We have a 2022 Grand Design 28bh that had alot of problems and the dealer ship we bought from was a nightmare with lies after lies So to Wayne in service and Mike in sales thank you and I highly recommend you

Seem genuinely concerned with my issues
The people were friendly, informative and thorough. My only issue was that they pushed financing a little too hard. I do not like being pushed into anything and I feel that they really wanted me to finance when I eventually paid for my purchase.
Other wise, all of my questions were answered and what little issues I had, they were all taken care of without any hassles. Would I recommend them? Yes.
