We recently visited Alpin Haus on a Saturday to look at a new Suntracker pontoon boat that we viewed on line and had a phone conversation about with Josh Hale. Josh was quickly to greet us at the door and was very knowledgeable when it came to the specs of the boat. He gave us the tour of the boat and then worked with us discussing options for financing. He introduced us to Ricky Briggs who was also very polite and easy to work with. By Monday Ricky was reaching out with information on rates/terms. By Tuesday we were ready to move forward and set up delivery for the coming Saturday. Again upon entering the show room we were greeted and quickly matched up with our technician Kenny who went through the entire boat with us showing us the things that we needed to know. The paperwork was quick and painless with no surprises. We opted to buy additional warranty on the Mercury engine feeling it was well worth the cost. The staff at the parts counter were super helpful in finding extra items we needed for hooking up the trailer lights. Once we were ready to hook up the boat to our vehicle we were having issues with our hitch. Doug who works out back was very quick to help us. It took some extra work on the hitch but we were pulling out in no time. Thanks everyone at Alpin Haus for making it an easy experience!

The service was exceptional. Everyone there, that had a hand in our purchase, was so helpful. Started with Don T. One thing, we didn't like was a salesman, to keep calling us. Don, did not call or bother us, AT ALL. We wanted to take our time, looking. He was very knowledgeable, about telling us about our Motorhome, we were interested in. He worked, diligently with us. I recommend, Don to our friends. James Bearcroth, worked us financially, got us a great deal, on our very good credit we had. Then something personal happened and he had to do it all over again. We were very thankful, for the outcome. Then we worked 3 hrs, trying ti get the TV working. Called the next say, they said come up. Kevin worked 3 hrs, trying to get it working. We would have never been able to do what Kevin, did, to get it going. The receptionist was so friendly, also. You have a awesome team, that worked, with us. Awesome place to purchase a Motorhome. After several years of dealing with Alpin Haus, this was the first time we felt the service was what it should be.
Theresa is amazing. She is knowledgeable and has great communication. She kept us updated throughout our wait. Even though we couldn't have a NYS inspection because the machine was down, Theresa followed up the next day with a phone call to let us know the machine was working and that she could fit us in if it was convenient for us.
The tech was also knowledgeable and took the time to talk with us.
This is a complete turn around from prior experiences with Aipin Haus, when in the past we have been delayed, ignored, and given the run around.
We hope the good service will continue.

Choosing which recreational vehicle satisfies your camping style and budget can be a difficult decision. Alpin Haus' friendly, knowledgeable, consumer-oriented staff works hard to get you through the purchase and post purchase processes.
Had a scratch in floor defect. Service experience was excellent, and can’t even see where it was repaired.
Alpin Haus' caring and prompt service was greatly appreciated by us, especially when we could not use our travel trailer at all due to a defect in the hot water heater. Their technician, Chris, arrived within two days, fixed the problem (and even identified another problem when testing the repair), and saved us a lot of worry and expedited our ability to enjoy our travel trailer. We are so thankful for their prompt and professional service with a smile!!
Your service team is amazing! None of the other RV dealers in the area would warranty service a camper they didn't sell until we found Alpin Haus NJ. No problem, they said and they fixed it. Do you have storage? Yep, no problem! Great management, great service team!

Grace is fantastic; she is a plus to your business! Gran Design needs to go back to the drawing board when it comes to build quality. If I knew how poorly this unit was built, I would have steered far away from their product.
