Personable and efficient
The people in the service department were terrific. When I picked up my new camper I had some problems with my hitch and they did a minor repair so the hitch would work safely. They made me feel likea truly valued customer.

I have had good luck having my camper diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner . The repairs are done correctly the first time without having repeat visits for the same problems unlike other RV dealers I have went to.

They have a super-friendly staff who do a great job prioritizing what the customer needs. As first-time campers, my wife and I couldn't have felt more welcomed. We felt confident in the purchase we were making and in knowing that we were not alone in our decision. Steve was very professional, interested in our needs, and sincere about finding the right travel trailer for us. Although Steve is the best, I feel that I would have had a similar experience with other salespeople. It's all about the positive culture that greets you when you walk in the door.
