We were able to find the camper we wanted at a cost that was acceptable. We were greeted as soon as we entered the facility and were treated in a friendly manner. our salesman did a great job showing us what we wanted to see without being pushy. the options were thoroughly explained. The product was exactly what we were looking for and although there were slight issues when we picked up our camper they were quickly remedied. All in all, A+

From amazing sales support from Steve and Matt to service and support on delivery of my RV, I had a great experience and a relaxed delivery. I can’t say enough about AlpinHaus. Bey happy with the care and support they provided. This is my fourth camper from them and I’ll keep coming back.
Everyone was friendly. Service was great. Theresa (Service Advisor) and the service tech explained every thing that was done. I think we found a new service center for any repairs and service that needs to be done. We are very happy with the experience.

Very easy to get Service appointments and I've typically talked with Jennifer, who by the way is absolutely great, both on the phone and then on location and able to describe what needs to be done and she completely understands. RV is serviced and done when promised. Great RV dealership !!!

Exceptional Staff, sales representative Dave Neid was FANTASTIC to deal with. Dave went above and beyond for us. Couldn't have expected a better experience. Keith Todd in finance also was FANTASTIC to deal with. Don't know what Alpin Haus RV of Orange County is paying these two Exceptional individuals, but I do know from first hand experience, that you don't want to lose them. All the other employees encountered at Alpin Haus upon entering the facility were also very pleasant and welcoming. We initially drove the 450 round trip miles because of a specific 5th wheel we were interested in. Upon completion of this sale, would gladly drive 450 miles one way to deal with Alpin Haus of Orange County.

Rick did the walk-thru of our new Chaparral and was very detailed and professional. He answered all of our questions with thoughtful responses and even some humor mixed in. We also met Andy the shop foreman who was pleasant and gave us some great tips on our new Chaparral. The whole Alpin Haus team was great!
