I dropped my unit off for a 10am appointment and it was moved from the lot to the service area by 10:05am. I asked that the unit be winterized and a few warranty items completed. Not only was the worked completed but a detailed report was provided that stated exactly what was done with each item.

The sole Service contact method that works is the Alpin Haus website Service form which elicited immediate response. Before finding that form, I had given up trying to reach the Service Department by phone after several days of failed attempts. I even became unsure if Alpin Haus's Service Department still existed after no telephone call was picked up and no telephone messages returned.
After my service request was transmitted online, discussed with Service staff during their call back, work was scheduled quickly and that Service experience was a 10.

Justin and crew went out of their way to accommodate our RV purchase. We were unable to tow initially, so they delivered the RV to our house and even came back a second time to assist with a brake controller. I would definitely recommend Alpin Haus to others.
