Customer service is awful, phones are not answered, service department is incompetent
Quick and reliable
Great selection and excellent service!
Unprofessional and sold us a broken camper and would not fix it.
Great customer service. Always a pleasure dealing with Alpin Haus.
They are so accommodating with appointments and any other thing that we need. Very friendly yet still professional. We like being able to build a relationship
Jessica was a pleasure to do business with.
personal care
we were rushed thru the finance process at time of deal and at signing, after having to wait more than an hr after our appointment time. as a result we were rushed thru our walk thru and little time to transfer pers belongings from old to new trlr by COB. we were told trlrs would be left in store to complete process next morning. upon arrival, Alpin Haus had moved trlrs from store and then found employees had dump some pers belongings into boxes i left. theres a total lack of communication ftom sales, to finance and service.
Further and most importantly, finance rep did not listen to my request to NOT include the cost of my extended service contract in financing agreement. i specifically stated that i would pay for that separately by credit card. i paid that amount at time of signing via credit card yet after reviewing documents at home i found that he disregarded my request and resulted in me financing $3769.12 more than necessary had those instrcutions been followed. instead, he included that credit card amount as part of CASH to Alpin Haus for down payment. i didnt catch this at signing because we were rushed with documents just jammed in front of us to sign because he was late. more care and attention to detail needs to taken in this process. i continue to b aggravated with how the financing was managed and frankly Apin Haus should be reimbursing that amount paid for the service agreement so i can make a principle payment on my loan in that amount. i'll b reaching out to a business manager directly about this
Better communication with your customers. Before charging anything to a customers credit card you should discuss it with them
GREAT STAFF!
Speed of service
Failed to service pool as scheduled.. so now it's cleaned just as 5 rainy days in a row arrives. Had it been serviced as scheduled we could have at least used it one day.
Missing the cleaning day because some one said we had an altercation of some sort with the service staff. Never happened.
Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. Mary and James went above and beyond to get us through the registration process with the state of Vermont. We appreciate all that was done for us as we picked up our new Grech Strata Ion.
After the sale would be very nice for your sales soon to ask how we were making out with the RV instead of customer calling back. A year ago had a quote written up that seem to be extremely high in cost. One item that I particularly took notice of was a replacement for a screw inside the hallway of the RV $75 to replace that really.???? Customer care now and then is extremely important along with common sense cost Recently, I just had a new awning replaced on my motorhome. That service was very good. The sale is not the most important part of your business. It’s customer service thank you very much. Doug Last name removed
All great people working there
No follow up from the salesman after my machine was ordered. I had to initiate the calls to see if it had come in. Once it did come in I never heard as to the status of being ready for pick up. I stopped in 4 weeks later (just prior to Memorial weekend) to get an update and nothing had been done. He scheduled the work order while I was there and it would be ready around June 7 which was totally unacceptable. He was able to move it up to 5/29 which was much appreciated. I do wonder if anything was going to be scheduled for my machine to be picked up if I didn’t personally stop in. I purchased my Pontoon boat from you 7 years ago and have had very good follow up with my service and repair needs. I didn’t think about it at the time when I picked it up but I would have liked to know about purchasing an extra key. To get one now I would have to bring the machine in to pair the key. Not the end of the world for sure but I would have liked a little more follow up that my $40,000 investment was being looked after.
Service Team is awesome
The cover they made for the cover of our hot tub matched perfectly and fit perfectly.
they arrived when they says and did what was required
It was very easy to make the appointment and all of my questions were answered.
Very customer oriented made the purchase of our new Sea-Doo very enjoyable
Service dept addressed my needs after a call with them and very pleased to do business with them
The entire service department is helpful and knowledgeable. I am so happy to have found this dealership! That said, when picking up my camper from winter storage I did ask for, and pay for, the department to inflate the tires to the proper PSI. When we drove to Lake George, the camper was really all over the road like it has never been before. I slowed down to 50mph in the right lane for the short trip on 87. When we arrived I checked the tire pressure. The sidewall says 50 psi max, the sticker on the camper from the original tires said 60 psi. My pressure gauge goes up to 65 and needle was pinned past 65 on three of the four tires. That could been a dangerous situation if that were a longer trip. I think it was worth mentioning in case it helps future customers. Thanks. Vin

We had a good experience. Jake was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Every person we met was friendly.
