Ron M. & Jayson the Tech. Jay solid dude! I really appreciate your knowledge to my specifics about the boat. He really knows his stuff! I never got to meet Scott but, huge thank you. Getting all the parts together as I kept adding more. Lyndsay you're a busy Man. He would get back to me weather it be a phone call or email. If he didn't know he would find out. I only got to sit with Ron for a little while. This guy is like a Swiss army knife. Organized & has all the tools he needs at his fingertips. To the rest of the staff I encountered or got to chat with I appreciate y'all. Awesome experience for my first time buying a New boat!

The Amsterdam Alpin Haus has an amazing team, from sales to service. We are seasoned campers having had multiple travel campers but Alpin Haus team was informative helpful and followed thru w any problems or concerns.
We had our camper delivered to our current site by Alpin Haus. The delivery/set up man did an excellent job parking it and setting it up despite the fact it was an extremely difficult spot Also, we had a few repairs needed after set up and the repairs were done timely and accurately.
Again we were extremely pleased with the entire team and will do business with them in the future and give a good word!

Very pleased with the service department. My trailer was at Alpin Haus for warranty repair to replace leaf springs. It took about 5 weeks to get warranty approval and to receive the parts. Throughout this time Alpin Haus Service Advisor (Anthony) called me regularly to keep me advised of the status. I am impressed with his customer service. Once the parts were received, the repairs were made in one day.
The associates in the service department are awesome. They have taken great care of my RV.
The store has a great selection of RV & camping supplies.
