Follow up and keep your commitments. I purchased a motorhome from you nearly two years ago. I'm still waiting for needed repairs that haven't been addressed since April of last year, some going back to day one. There's been back-and-forth email correspondence with your service department and Tiffin in June, August, September, and November of 2023. Three promised follow-ups, but I'm still waiting. Why would I subject anyone to that?

To many problems with the service department. There needs to be better management running the service department.
Brian does a great job attending to our boating needs. He quickly and efficiently diagnoses and corrects outstanding issues to ensure we get as much use as possible during our boating season. He is a pleasure to work with.

The service department at Alpin Haus is the best...been 10 years since I bought my brand new pontoon boat from AH...been bringing it back every year for service and repairs...
I haul it 75 miles each way, because I don't want anyone else to touch it!!
