My husband and I purchased an RV from Alpin Haus in 2020. Don was our wonderful sales person and continues to stay in touch with us through his newsletter filled with fun facts, travel tips, and delicious recipes. We always look forward to receiving our newsletter and stopping in to say "hi" to Don whenever we are at the Amsterdam location.
Since 2020, Alpin Haus has been winterizing, storing, and de-winterizing our RV for us. The team in the service department goes above and beyond to provide you with topnotch service. One member of the team is Treay Jaquay, who is a friendly, courteous, detail oriented young man with a great work ethic. It is always a pleasure doing business with Treay!
In April 2023, we picked up our RV from storage and to our delight the Alpin Haus staff was hosting a barbeque for all of the customers, providing hot dogs, sausage sandwiches, chips, and soda. They even had picnic tables set up in the showroom to accommodate their guests. Alpin Haus makes you feel like family. It doesn't get much better than that!!

Aplin Haus sales personnel are friendly, not at all pushy, and have a great working knowledge of the products they sell. Parts and service folks are also very good. Any service or warranty work I've had done was always completed in a timely fashion and done right the first time.
