The service rep is very on the ball. How ever I have not taken back the trailer to evaluate satisfaction of repairs and verify nothing is damaged on my unit. so this questionnaire is really being asked of me at the wrong time. Up to now she has done an excellent job keeping me up with progress and information.

I have only experienced parts and service and they are top notch. I recently moved here from CA and was hoping to find a trustworthy repair facility and I did. Always extremely helpful and timely for the busy rv’er. Sounds like a ad, but takes the stress away. Thanks guys for getting my Ram and Alpha put together. And the hamburger.
