Everyone is friendly - good service but don't feel rushed. Temperature in the theater is not too cold, Cleanliness is appreciated as well. Overall a great theater

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the fact that overall, the theater caters to a little bit older audience. We have the choice to go to Northwoods because it's close to our house, but it's too large and if we go on a weekend night, it is crawling with teens - and the prices are a bit cheaper! I don't like the new rewards system though. I miss the ticket person telling me I'd earned a free popcorn, Coke, or movie ticket :( Bring it back!!!!
