I mistakenly used a past date to order tickets. The manager was kind enough to give us free passes. It was an honest mistake on my part and really appreciated him over riding the rule that we can only get a refund if cancelling an hour before showtime
We only go to a Santikos theater - the popcorn is better than any other theater and they still carry Diet Dr. Pepper!! Win-win in my book!!

Great selection of new releases and flashback showings of classic films. I also like that the Embassy shows indie features, as a way of carrying the Bijou torch, as that beloved theatre closed some years ago.

It’s pretty well organized. However, did not like my experience in buying my ticket. I had to go stand in the concession line to buy my tickets. It would not allow me to purchase my handicap ticket without a wheelchair being present. My husband is a military vet and he can’t climb stairs. Took me 20-25 minutes to buy them
Highly recommend Santikos Embassy by far my favorite theater in San Antonio! Clean location and everyone is friendly!
