Seats are awesome

Embassy is the theater i grew up on my only complaint is the popcorn machine has taken away the satisfaction of getting "fresh" popcorn. Feels like lately unless the theater is super busy the popcorn comes out tasting stale

Everything !!! The seats are so comfy love how they can recline , the food there is to die for honestly and I’m not a fan of movie food . The staff is even amazing over all my favorite movie theater !!!

however, i am elderly and come to your theater at least once a month - the movies i choose
always seem to be at the very end of the corridor - making it a more difficult walk for me to
get there - i understand the "new, big" hits are the drawing card, but it would be nice for you
to accommodate the seniors with an easier access.

The theater was nice, the chairs were comfy and the chicken tenders were good for movie theater food!

Been going there for years love the location how homie it feels not like a large facility like palladium. The staff is always helpful kind and professional.

Even though he self serve popcorn machine is convenient and faster for the lines it’s messy all the time no matter how many times you clean it.. I’d rather still have it behind the counter..

I love the Military Monday and Mystery Movie promotions! Best way to see a first run movie. I also love that Santikos is set up as a charitable non-profit that gives back to the community. If that wasn’t enough, the theaters are top notch in the modern amenities department. Can’t say enough good things!

I was surprised that it wasn’t packed in the evening hours but I love how clean and comfortable it was in the theater.

The concessions are easily accessible and getting refills are so much easier than at other establishments. Additionally, the seat locations are easy to read and understand

The bartender and cashier last night were excellent. The theater was clean. We appreciate the audio and video quality. The movie was a great choice for a feature film for almost any adult. We love supporting our community by seeing movies and giving back through the Santikos Foundation.

Very polite staff, clean atmosphere. Despite not having a bartender, manager on shift made sure to attend to those guests waiting in a timely manner.

Customer service is very good, from the moment I walk into the door and getting my ticket and food and when I leave the theater.

Staff is always friendly and attentive. Prices are not bad. And it seems like I’m always getting rewards stuff. The theater is always cool and clean. And I have to be honest, I am always willing to support companies with this much community awareness and involvement. I wish more companies were as good as this one about all of this. Thanks.

I was happily surprised when I asked for bottled water at the concession stand when they let me know I had enough points to cover the water. Nice.
