I truly appreciate the Tuesday deals. It made going so much cooler. We have been going to Santino's venues for well over 40 years. The facility in Cibolo is also a very cool venue and next door is Max and Louie's. We made it a great date night.
We also love the community involvement of the Santikos organization. Keep up the good work and keeping the entire Santikos family of venues nice and clean and appealing.

As always, everything was great. I happy to say that if I encounter a problem, like no butter, popcorn machine stopped up, bad spills, whatever it may be, management is always quick in responding.

My wife and I attend on Military Mondays. We find the Santikos theater at Embassy to be clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly.

My only recommendation is to allow Veterans to pre-purchase tickets on the App.

Luv the theater because it’s close to our house. Unlimited popcorn & drinks and the rewards are amazing.

My online ticket purchasing is always a great experience as is the Embassy theater itself, always friendly and polite employees, always a clean theater with clean bathrooms. Food quality is always great as well.

Love Santikos but too expensive to go except for birthdays!!! Or special occasions!! I am 73 years old and limited with finances and wish that Santikos would have a weekly day for Seniors to enjoy a show for 5. Thank you!

Clean facility. Much improved compared to the last time I visited when it was filthy. I did email corporate about the unacceptable dirtiness a few months ago. I gave it another visit and it was a lot better. Everything was clean.

I love how easy it is to purchase tickets. I love how the food service people always ask and are willing to check to see if we have any points. The seats are the best! Our most recent purchase had to be cancelled when we realized we had a big conflict in our schedule. I dreaded going online to see how complicated it would be to cancel. But yall made that so easy too! Thank you SO much for all you do and for giving so much to the community!

Nice seats, counter service a tad slow but food good quality, drink machines sometimes are not frozen or out of service, otherwise good.

I love being a loyalty member. It's easy to find movies and book on the app. I always appreciate that the staff checks purses and blankets upon entry too. I feel like safety is top priority to Santikos. Thank you!

Ease of purchasing tickets, clean theater, very nice staff. Seats were a bit uncomfortable, and could definitely use an upgrade.

The seats were comfortable. They worked. The movie selection was positive - - - tired of horror films everywhere! While it may seem nice to order from the seat, that experience has become very frustrating. Coming right in and getting that out of the way works. While we had our phone out for the tickets, it was nice to just tell someone what we wanted. Selection of drinks from the machines is fun.

BTW at my Saturday visit I tried the fried pickles. They were great!
