Its just a great place. Consistently good customer service. Seats are clean. Felt bad this time because the tub of popcorn spilled all over the place when I was grabbing my daughter's blanket. Unfortunately it was still dark and everyone was trying to leave and I couldn't clean the mess. Sorry, guys!!!

As a local company, I’d love to see a focus on some local brands. Put a bartender right inside the theatre selling ready to go cocktails or local beers. Charge $10/per.
We are loyal embassy theatre fans. The operation is well run. Food and pop corn are always good. Staff are helpful. JUST WISH THE THEATERS could be a consistent temperature. Yesterday I took my granddaughter and we were both shivering even with the pashminas we brought.

Easy, straits foward navigate in ordering tickets. Exceptional leather recycling seats, friendly staff, and all for a great cause
Sound is great. Some of the seating can be replaced. Food is not always hot sometimes like warm ( French fries) overall great experience.

This is my favorite theater. In fact, if a movie we want to see is not showing at this location, we don’t go. The staff is always helpful & pleasant. The snacks & food are delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming & the facility is always sparkling clean.

Courteos service, good popcorn, frozen drink machines were clean and working. Reclining seats worked and weren't noisy.
