What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Recently on Saturday 20 Dec 2014, my wife and I went to the Embassy 14 Theater to see Wild. When I bought my tickets my old Santikos Loyalty Rewards card was replaced with a new card. I was told that my old points did not transfer to the new card. I was fairly certain that I had a free drink and/or popcorn on my old card.

The staff are always friendly and accomadating. I always enjoy going there because it is not as crowded as other theaters. My family and I have being going to Santikos for years. Yes, I have a theater close by, but I don't get the same experience. Keep up the good work and a clean theater.

The little cafeteria. It was nice to have a reasonably priced (and delicious) snack while waiting for the feature to begin. We had our sandwiches in the lobby seating area. It was very pleasant and relaxing.
