I want to thank you for scheduling the broadcasts from London's Globe Theatre, The National Theatre, the Fathom events and the Met operas. I used to have to go to Houston or Dallas
to see them and it's a real pleasure to be able to enjoy them here.

I realize that you don't get huge audiences for most of these broadcasts, but those of us who do come are big fans, so if intensity of feeling counts, we're in good shape.

Everyone there has exceptional public relations skills and treat everyone with courtesy. Anything a guest needs (within reason)they will do.

And one more thing, you have friendly, professional staff. Oh, and I did pick up the new rewards card, I've been using the old for years; however, there is a problem... when you pick it up, or it is offered, please be sure to tell customers they are not going to accumulate any points until it is registered. I rendered my card at least twice now, last purchase was on concessions for $15.00 and when I registered my card these points were not on there. The balance only showed 0 points earned.

Very nice upgrades, would like to see two Icee Machines at each of the self-service areas, to alleviate stress on current machines. If one or the other end is pushed past the blinking light (do not use point), you've got to walk all the way over to the other end and get it there. I've forgotten how many times over the years I've suggested this. I do like that you've got some healthy options too, like hummas and I think I've seen salads. Overall, great place, still need to upgrade or fix the side-exiting doors on the north end though, security issue.

It just feels like a friendly place to go to a movie. Everyone is welcoming and the decor is always inviting. Plus, I like to go between 4 and 6, but if I don't make it at that time, I will go when it is convenient. Really like this Movie Theater1
