Bar , coffee,clean restrooms and theaters
The girl at the snack bar was super friendly. She's a beautiful girl named Samantha. She was very helpful in offering a combo idea instead of buying separate items. Samantha is very sweet and very people oriented. You're company is very lucky to have her represent this theater.
Friendly and clean atmosphere !
The recently renovated theater is great. It's modernized and the workers are friendly and helpful. Not crazy about the prices (food/tickets) but it's always a good experience when we catch a movie.
The service provided by the employees has consistently been good. We also appreciate the Extravaganza Rates, which we always tell people about when recommending this theater. I noticed the new hand dryers in the women's restroom, which is nice, because there are some people who do not know how to put the paper towels in the trash and it's less clean up for the staff.
The staff is more attentive to customers, small details that most people notice like how clean things are, how the staff is dressed (shirts tucked in, a sense of professionalism, etc...)and the popcorn set up tastes the best...don't change that!

Embassy is always my first choice and only choice. The experience begins at the ticket booth. Associates are always welcoming. This theatre is family friendly. The staff is always courteous and professional. There is always someone cleaning the popcorn spills. The theatre seats are comfortable which makes for a pleasant experience.
Love the 4-6 extravaganza prices! Only go to Embassy for movies!
The people that work there are very nice and friendly and everything is kept clean.
My favorite theatre is the Embassy. Management is very professional and staff is very attentive. I have never had any issues with presentation or sound, and the auditoriums and theatre cleanliness is supurb. The Extravaganza pricing and Rewards card programs are the best.
Its always been my favorite theather. Its only one in my area that has the twlight show times 4-6 for $6.00. I like the reward program as well, Thanks

I went with my father, who has PTSD. He doesn't like crowds or a lot of noise. Embassy never has a lot of either, so we attend often.
Very nice staff. Clean bathrooms. Comfortable theaters. Plenty of parking.
Self serve doda
Everything! We have been coming there since we moved to San Antonio....17 years! The first time, we were looking for a house, took a break & came there for a movie.
Clean,updated theater with convenient show times. Embassy is our theater of choice,followed by Bijou, because of the intelligent movies they offer.
Staff went out of their way to get guests ticketed in a timely way! Drink station was clean and tidy. Restrooms were very clean.
CUSTOMER SERVICE, CONCESSION SELECTION, AND LOCATIONS.
Popcorn was fresh. Theater was clean and comfortable.
