What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Clean auditoriums and friendly staff, reasonable prices, and current movies. Also management responds to issues in a time.y manner. When told the auditorium was way too cold the temperature was adjusted, and when told that one of the commercial messages was twice the volume of the rest it was corrected. In other words Santikos listens to its patrons and strives to please.

I find that Embassy has the best customer service. The Employees are friendly and have smiles on their face and I feel like if they enjoy being there, then I definitely know I'm going to enjoy myself.

My Santikos Theatre is my favorite place to settle down for a movie. I love the beverage bar and being able to drench my delicious popcorn with butter!

The theaters are always very clean and there is no liquid waste on the floor it is mopped up regularly .
Also that you use special needs attendants on occasion.
