The new chairs. But please control the temperature! The theater is always too COLD!
The Bijou also...people bring blankets into the theater!

We love it there. Our family goes about every month. The only thing that we have noticed is that the chair are getting worn down the padding when we and down.

We LOVE the recliners and leg room. We also love the self serve center. The food is really good. This is not typical of movie theatre food!!!! We visit about once a week on average !!

Movies are not the same elsewhere you guys make it so personable and its a great experience . Feel like family when you go to Santikos plus knowing that you guys are giving back to the community.

The food and seating are great. I used to see all my movies at the Drafthouse but since Embassy has been remodeled I only go there to watch movies.

All the people who work there are very nice and helpful. I also enjoy being able to choose my seat. I like that Santikos Fathom Events shows.

Love the reclining seats. I do think customer service at the corporate could be better. I emailed corporate letting them know I was having problems refunding my ticket online and I wasn't able to get to the theater. No one ever hot back to me or refund my money and that was February 9th

It’s very convenient to buy my tickets and reserve my seat using my app. The theater employees are courteous, diligent and very helpful. The chairs are extremely comfortable. All that makes it for an amazing movie experience.

I love the reserved reclining chairs and the service. The remodel of the theater has made it one of my favorites and the pretzels are to die for!
