I enjoy the comfortable recliners, and the audience seems to be quieter, too. Popular movies sell out quickly since the capacity is less. I like that Santikos supports charities in the community.

Like the intimacy of the theatre experience now that the recliner seats have reduced the people per square foot even in demand times. Would suggest the customer service counter be moved back to other corner (where it once was) to expand the bar and add a second bartender as service can be slow even with the current configuration. I realize theatre profits are driven by the ancillary F&B sales, but prices on liquor and beer are a bit steep.

I like the ease of booking online, the comfort of the reclining seats & the beverage/food options in the theater. Santikos has also done a beautiful job remodeling the theater & it is a pleasure to go inside. I appreciate the email reminders of upcoming shows & pre-sale tickets.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I can’t print my tickets at home. Tried to ask employees at the theater and they had no clue. Your app is not very user friendly. You send us a confirmation but no way to access our tickets. Fandango is so user friendly but we don’t get points when we book through them
