I enjoy everything about embassy

Clean and good menu.

I don't like to buy my tickets from the machines outside, so I really appreciate the friendliness of the personal at the counter. The lady there, (who's name I should have taken), was very helpful and patient with us. My wife and disabled daughter appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the theater.

Staff is ALWAYS very professional, extremely polite and helpful and very friendly.
The food is GREAT and the the self serve drink machines with the lid dispensers are always working. ALL the theater auditoriums and lobby are always clean as well as their restrooms.
Also, the seating (recliners) in the theater auditoriums are extremely comfortable.

The lobby area is also very comfortable and extremely well lit and inviting. Makes you feel
"special".

I have recommended many of my family members and lots of friends to the
Santikos Embassy 14 theaters because of ALL of the above.

My husband and I visit this theater 2 sometimes 3 times a week!

Love the reclining seats. Like the new soda machine and that i can put my own butter in my popcorn. Love how clean the theater is and tha i can purchase my assigned seats on line.

The entire theater, staff and operation makes this our favorite place for new movies in SA! And the message makes us sense we are a partner in the community giving.

The recliner chairs are fantastic. I also enjoy the fact that the money I am spending on entertainment is being used to help various causes in our community.

We always order tickets in advance. Guaramteed seating and the accommodations are GREAT.

The people are very friendly. The buying of snacks is very quick and easy to get drinks, ice and butter. The restrooms are convienient and in the same area. The seating in the theaters are very nice and comfortable and spacey. I like that you have a bar and food just in case.

The theatre is clean well kept and well managed and the seats are comfortable.

Lovely atmosphere

Great seats and theatre. Had to ask three employees for a drink lid as the drink station was out. Then when leaving the theater tger was not enough trash cans and popcorn and contsiners and drinks were all over the floor in a horrible mess.
