I saw Alliegiance last night. I loved the musical, enjoyed the space and reclining seats, and was DISAPPOINTED when technical problems arose. three times.
1. the sound stopped and film kept playing
2. the sound and the film were stopped a few minutes
3. sound and cinema stopped while film was frozen for a couple of minutes
A patron took it upon himself to notify staff each time it happened so problems were resolved. I emailed ALLEGIANCE website to ask about technical difficulties and they said that was NOT the norm.
What happened? Glitches in the movie, sound system, or snowy weather in San Antonio? I saw ALLEGIANCE in the same theater, and same auditorium last year, and there were no problems. Much appreciated if you have an answer. Thank you!

Love the recliners and ability to choose seats and pay for tickets in advance. Also love being able to get a beer! (Your bartenders are great!!) I treated 7 of my adult family members over Thanksgiving and we had a great experience. Your staff is so friendly and helpful. Yea Embassy 14!!

The service is great!!! From beginning to end. Purchase tickets easy , bar always quick and friendly and snack bar a little slow but still great service. I’m always greeted with a smile. I love going to Embassy theatre. The best!!

My husband and I love that we can choose our seats ahead of time. Once we arrive, our home theater (Embassy), they ALWAYS have enough staff to keep the snack lines moving. We've never had to wait in long lines. Management at Embassy run a very efficient, friendly, and pleasant theater that we enjoy going back to for our movie dates! THANKS EMBASSY STAFF!!!

I like and enjoyed the renovations you have done at the Santikos Embassy 14th and definitely the new combo for one person was an excellent idea.
I've also seen how more art movies like the one you run at the bijou are now at the Embassy 14th. This is my favorite movie theater so far.
