Santikos Embassy is by far the most comfortable movie venue inside Loop 1604. The experience takes movie-viewing to a whole new level.

We love this theater. We have a great experience every time we go. The seating at the Embassy has always been better than anywhere else and now with the recliner seats and assigned seating it makes it all worthwhile. We are Santikos members so it is even better. Boy the savings add up fast. We get discounts and have already received a free movie ticket. That is just an added bonus to all the great movies we have watched. And to know a portion of our proceeds goes back into the community well that makes a difference. They are even up front and let you know where your money goes. What a great company.

The theaters are always clean and the concessions are best price in town

The cleanliness of the theater and the friendly and helpful people that work there make it an enjoyable experience. The assortment of liquor and variety of foods on the bar menu also add to the experience.

The young lady who assisted me with my ticket purchase was very polite and displayed great customer service.

It's great as always. I think management should jump on concession registers when there is more than 2 in a line. It was pretty long today, only 2 registers...

Love the recliners. Like having choices for food besides popcorn or candy. Really like that what I pay helps the community.

I enjoy the comfortable recliners, and the audience seems to be quieter, too. Popular movies sell out quickly since the capacity is less. I like that Santikos supports charities in the community.

Like the intimacy of the theatre experience now that the recliner seats have reduced the people per square foot even in demand times. Would suggest the customer service counter be moved back to other corner (where it once was) to expand the bar and add a second bartender as service can be slow even with the current configuration. I realize theatre profits are driven by the ancillary F&B sales, but prices on liquor and beer are a bit steep.

I like the new theater ...but it now hard to get seats...sometime we have to know 3 days in advance
