What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We love the Embassy Theater. The Recliner Seats are very comfortable. We do go to the Palladium also, but very disappointed in their Recliner Seats. The foot rest does not come up all the way. My legs were very uncomfortable.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It is easy to purchase tickets and the new theatre is great. Bummed that the Stantikos beer mug prices went skyrocketing. One of the reasons we made this theatre ours. $12 to fill the mug we originally paid $15 for is ridiculous. We love the theatre there but don't buy that much alcohol there anymore.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the app and the employees are always friendly. The theaters are clean and its the best popcorn in town! I only go to Santikos now since I know where my money is going. It's an investment in my community!

The whole experience was superb! Purchasing the tickets and the snack bar were efficient, and the seats are wonderful. We can hardly wait to go back!

I’ve been going to the show for a long time and my kids and I enjoy it now. The experience you guys offer is unmatched in San Antonio. The seating is the absolute best. The recliner to the space available and the setup are awesome. We are movie goers Embassy is our first choice. Thank you for remodeling the theater the way you guys did!

The recliner chairs, the extended food menu, and the ease of reserving ahead of time your seats so you can make sure you have good seats.

My husband and I LOVE Santikos! The self selecting kiosks in the front make purchasing movie tickets very easy, and I love to choose my own seat reservations! Every time we got to a movie, we are greeted at the door by a bar tender, or at the counter when we order refreshments making for a welcoming experience! We love how clean the facility is, also! I definitely recommended going to Santikos for a marvelous movie experience!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Great seating great theatre, but very concerned about how people can just walk right in without showing a ticket. Anybody can just walk into a movie and who’s paying attention to this. I saw no security. I saw no one checking tickets. That’s a big security risk now days and an accident waiting to happen. Can’t put movie lovers in unsafe situations like that. You need someone at the door making sure people have tickets, and you need visible security out front. You have a high risk for trouble.

It’s a very nice theater. I like the new decor. The only drawback is the hand driers in the bathrooms. They blow cold air and only last a few seconds. Impossible to dry your hands.
