Lounge chairs are nice. Remodeled theaters are great. I like spending money at Santikos because of all the things their foundation does for the city.

I have always loved the ambiance, intimacy, and the recliners! We live 1/2 hr away and go to this movie theatre despite many closer to us

I lOVE the reserved seats. The seats are spaced out in a way that makes sure your vision is never blocked, so there's not a bad seat in the house. And, you don't have to try and get there an hour before showtime to try and get a seat. The Embassy 14 is the ONLY theater we now go to. It is a beautiful, well maintained theater and the people who work there are very nice and friendly.

I love the good food and quick service. I also love the reclining seats . I’m a short person and there’s no problem with y’all people in front of you .

Love the reclining seat, and assigned seating. Would love all the seats to recline the same distance some slide more then others, which I like more the further back the better.

We like that we don't have to visit Customer Service to print out your online purchase like Palaldium It saves a lot of time and it defeats the purchase of online. Secondly, being able to purchase alcoholic beverages. It's no over whelming a large place and most times we visit there aren't long lines.

Nice theater! Reclining seats and what I like about Santikos over Regal is you offer Coke Freestyle drinks. Has more low calorie options. And butter yourself popcorn too! Regal doesn’t have that. Like getting the points towards discounts on movies and concessions too!
