It’s always so easy to deal with. Very clean and the young people that work there are super sweet
I like the seats, the lobby, menu (maybe add some better nachos with beans). Also the staff is very polite and helpful. I ordered a chili dog and the cashier didn't know the kitchen had closed so the manager gave me pizza, popcorn and a soda to make up for it :). Also the outdoor kiosks are a huge benefit, but I wish they were open 24hrs.
I love the different offerings like NT live and this weekend with the musical Buttons. I appreciate the arts and different offerings from Santikos. I love the renovated embassy

reclining seats/salad/membership perks
The rev ovation of this theater has made it modern and comfortable. The reclining seats are a welcome update.
The food and beverages are quite expensive. Not crazy about that.

Great theater and love the reclining seats. The only thing that botherd me about my visit tonight was a manger named Johnothan! He must have been upset to raishis voice across one concession stand to another to a young girl about her not answering some phone. It seemed that the staff must have been intimidated by this man because you can tell by the way they looked. He seemed bothered by something that he took it out on the girls. That is very unacceptable to treat people that way, especially your girls. It bothered me that much that I’m writing you this review. Please educate this man on how to lead a team and how to talk and treat to woman. I believe his name was Johnothan. He was a short white man kinda bald hair cut. Thank you.

Friendly staff, helpful management for rewards points, concession people are not snobs or rude and bartender knows how to pour beer correctly and make different mix drinks.
