I tried to use my rewards card and it said "unable to locate an email address".
It is the same as forever.

I went to movie anyway.

I changed to password today.

Can you determine if there was something on your end that reflected my card / email
was not valid. Used on 10-26-18 Embassy Theater, saw A Star is born.

Everything was smooth from purchasing a ticket to temp/cleanliness of theater. All staff were well trained and motivated. Still surprises me in military city USA you don’t provide a military discount. Thanks for a another good experience.

The cleanliness, the small theaters with large recliners, the fact that the spacing between rows is huge and prevents ill manned people from putting their feet up on the chair in front of them! Friendly and courteous staff!

I love that Santikos is totally nonprofit and helps our community. What a wonderful legacy! Also, the theaters have the reclining chairs which are so comfy. Santikos makes movies even more fun with their decorations and the theaters are always clean. They do everything right.

We usually go to either Palladium or Embassy, these are the closest ones to us. They are the best theatres in friendly workers( for the lack of a better word), the movie experience and the food. I sometimes think about Mr. Santikos and I wonder if he realized the wonderful thing he and his family would be doing for San Antonio. Blessings upon him and his family. Thank you.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Embassy Theatre is a nice, grown up theatre experience. I enjoyed a tasty Cali burger prepared my way. My request to eliminate the bun and sub veggies for fries caused some issues with their system when checking me out. But the staff was courteous and apologetic.
It was also nice to be able to take an adult beverage into the movie. I prefer purchasing and taking in food and drinks myself rather than have wait staff interrupting the movie.

It’s all good, starting with ample parking, good concessions, and extremely comfortable theater seating.

The chili cheese hot dog was one of the best hot dogs I have eaten along with perfectly made french fries.
