My best friend and I enjoyed the lobby area. The Christmas decorations and tree was so beautiful. We enjoy visiting this specific location to view the lobby.

The embassy suites theater with the reclining chairs and a very clean atmosphere with a variety of snacks and beverages makes its theater top notch in addition the matinee pricing as well as the overall pricing is great.

All Tehran recliner seats make for a great experience. Before the rows were too narrow, and made it uncomfortable to even find a seat. At some point, this theater was not even an option for us because of the seats. Now, the rows are spacious zither seats comfortable, and I appreciate the fact I know exactly where I'm going to seat when I buy tickets. Also, the Icee machine makes this theater our first choice. Yumm!

Everything!! They only thing the Theater needs is the ability to play 3D Movies. Other than that it is the best theater I town!!!
