I like the recliners and the intimacy of the theater. You did a great job remodeling it. It is very warm and inviting.

Aside from the prices slowly sneaking up, the theater, staff, food, service are great!
The theatre ambiance is galant and clean, any employee I speak to is courteous and ready to help, and the food is good. However my favorite part are the seats that are magnificently spacious, comfortable, and sometimes pleasantly sleep inducing. Going to Embassy is an overall positive experience for my family. Frankly, going to other theatres that do not have these style seats makes me feel crowded and a bit shoddy. I've been spoiled by Embassy.

The location & the cleanliness of the theater. Your able to eat food while watching a movie Enjot a cocktail also. The seat is very comfortable and there’s plenty of leg space. The employees are friendly & courteous.

Comfy chairs, spacious theaters. Excellent menu. First rate service from staff. Love the Bijou because of the great line up of indie films. Of the regular neighborhood theaters, the Embassy is the best, not a close contest!

The app could improve. I’d like to be able to load funds to it and scan it to pay for concessions which would automatically account for points. It would cut transaction times down significantly not asking for a phone number every time. I’ve lost out on a lot of points just because I forget or don’t want to bother.
