Micah at the bar was FANTASTIC, as she usually is in our experience. We attended a TCM screening of The Quiet Man and the theater was not dimmed, later learned the employees forgot to. Then the movie stopped playing, my husband went to request help where the employees again stated they had no idea and wouldn’t have known if we hadn’t requested they fix the presentation. This is the first time we experienced this at Embassy so I feel just fine keeping my rating at a 9, and am sure it will be 10 again soon.
Everything from the comfort of the chairs, the great popcorn, the cleanliness of the facility, and the friendliness of the staff! I also like that Santikos donates it's proceeds back to the community so I will continue to support only your theaters!
I love this theatre. You can get refills on drinks and popcorn. The seats recline and have trays for food and drinks. Always clean. Love it.

Going the Embassy theater was absolutely magical. My son said the whole experience fell like VIP treatment.

I have always loved all things Santikos and strictly only visit santikos theatres. But yalls cash only requirements are stupid. Sorry but a cashless society is not something we should be aiming for. I left in the middle of the movie to purchase popcorn with a $20 in my hand. They would not take my money and told me to go back and get a debit card. Which would be fine if I wasn’t trying to hurry as not to miss too much of the movie.

Everything! I love having reserved seats. I love the roominess of the theater seats. I love the way the concession is set up. And, I love how kind and friendly the staff is. It is the ONLY movie theater I go to. I take everyone there.

Everything was easy and quick
Been going to embassy 14 for about 15 years. I really like the ambience, its laid back yet organized. The employees are generally helpful and professional . The new way to get popcorn is convenient as I can add butter to my taste. Finally, the fact that the Santikos Foundation supports so many areas in this city is definitely a tremendous advantage. I will continue to go to embassy 14 as long as things are the way they are.
