What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the recliners and space it allows between patrons. The popcorn machine is also a nice new add.
Some of the tray tables and recliners are off center making one feel like they need a seatbelt.

really enjoyed the change to refill popcorn. Just a bit to messy, the popcorn spills on the floor. perhaps it could be placed by the drink area. It takes away from the elegance of the Embassy.

It’s a clean comfortable theater. I really liked that the feet went all the way up before the seat reclined. I don’t like to recline as much, but I do like my feet up

I had made a mistake by selecting the wrong Theater that I had reserved. The staff was kind enough to research the same movie at the same time, allowed me to pick my desired seats and get me my new tickets promptly.

Santikos Embassy is a throwback to the late 1980’s and 1990’s NYC movie theatres I grew up with. I just discovered this gem and I plan to see as many movies as possible here.

My favorite neighborhood theater ! Wish all your previous precious employees returned, especially people with disabilities. Though times change with more technology replacing the human interaction experience, we still love Embassy. Thank you for coming back . Thank you for the nice relaxing and safe environment.

The fill it yourself popcorn machine is amazing! Makes it so much easier to get to your movie on time and to get refills during the middle of the movie too.

We love Santikos. The improvements have been great. Staff is friendly. The only thing I would change would be that recently the lobby has been at a comfortable temperature while the theaters have been rather warm and stuffy. The theater staff say they have no control over the temperature anymore- only corporate. Everything else is great!!
