I don't like the new popcorn machines where you serve yourself.

The seats are comfortable, with enough room so that you don't have to rub shoulders with a stranger. Sometimes the theater is too cold, but the temperature was perfect the last time I went (on April 3 or 4).

Buying movie tickets@theater kiosk is helpful,avoids long lknr wsiting times,snd buying tickets on line makes it easier.Everyone one of the attendants is very helpful whrn huying f irdering food@the concession stands. I hsvd b een going to this specific theater since 2012 but just recently obtained rewards program znx I should have joined sooner,I was m such a fan if movies.

The experience was top notch as it always has been. Theater is kept clean, Staff is friendly and helpful and the overall experience was perfect. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

We like Embassy, it is close, a nice place & comfortable. The only thing we do not like is that you have gone cashless. we like our freedom to pay as we go and not get a bill later. making me rethink coming there.

I prefer Santikos- embassy over all of the theaters in San Antonio. We attend as a couple, as a family, and I even attend on my own. This theatre is clean, has good food, and has great popcorn! I highly recommend Santikos-Embassy… and have since high school 20+ years ago.

It's a great place

I like the ease of the process, being able to self serve a lot of the concessions, and the friendliness of the staff.

I would suggest getting more drink machines though. There were a lot of people trying to get drinks at the same time and it took a while to be able to get a drink.

Excellent theaters

Always polite staff. Always clean environment. Great rewards program. My spouse likes the bar option. Reclining seats are the only way to go.

I like the way y’all do concessions and love that you have a bar!
