We love Santikos! The seats are nice and comfy, the food isn’t outrageously priced and I love that I can use my points to go towards the concession stand which helps with price and we love the atmosphere! The popcorn and drink stations are ingenious!!!

Still serve CocaCola products!!! Theater is always immaculate. Sound levels are comfortable.

I always have an awesome experience at embassy. The only issue I had this time was that the butter next to the popcorn was out of butter and that there was a dirty glass at my seat but other than that a great experience as always.

Everything… the lobby, the recliners, the sound and temperature, and… the popcorn. I like the self serve drinks and popcorn, especially when I arrive early.

Very nice and clean, with friendly people. I also liked the new popcorn machine.

cleanliness, amenities, and concession....All GREAT

I like the Cibolo theater because Embassy lost the quality in the projectors. You can clearly see the picture is not calibrated and has chromatic aberrations (blue and red profile lines in everything) is unwatchable.

Comfortable and great movie environment

It was a great experience at this location. It my favorite movie spot.

My favorite theater by far!!! I just wish you offered a monthly plan I currently have a plan w/ the competitor but the food is not near as good not even the popcorn. Would rather give my money to Santikos but unfortunately the monthly plan works better with my budget. I have been to many theaters and none come embassy Santikos is my all time favorite

The service is always really happy, friendly, and professional, like Disney. It's the experience. The theater is clean and smells good. The bathrooms are clean. Concession where you get drinks, etc. is clean. Seats are nice. Sound and picture quality is excellent. To me, it's not really about the movie itself. It is all those other factors.

One other thing that is a real motivator for me to see a movie at Santikos, is the corporate culture; investing in our community. That is probably the most important thing to me and my wife. Seriously.

From start to finish...purchasing tickets, choosing our seats, concession options...we had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

It is always clean and workers are friendly at the Embassy theatre

I enjoy the recliners at the Embassy theater. It small & not huge. I like going in the mornings.

Good food and comfortable seats. My only complaint is that there was not enough hand sanitizer for customer use. All the dispensers were empty and the one big bottle that was out for customer use had a pump that didn't work.

We enjoy the very comfortable reclining chairs. Theater temperature is just right.

Not the pop corn served the new way! But do like your stadium seats better than Regals.

I like the size of the theater & how friendly everyone is at the Embassy.
