We like the wider variety of movies shown as opposed to other movie theaters nearby. We like the kiosks, the seats, the cleanliness overall, the service, the seats, and the music. A suggestion: Ice cream could be offered, such as Dove bars, and Nestle's Dibs!

The theater seats are well spaced and comfortable but I’m not happy about the change with the self-serve popcorn. You don’t get it freshly popped anymore, and they fill to the top so you just get popcorn that’s been sitting around.

We have been going to Santikos Embassy since it originally opened. I like using the app to buy tickets and select seats. It is our preferred theater. However, the seats are showing wear and tear.
I will say I am disappointed in the new popcorn dispenser. It’s cold and I miss the smell of fresh, hot popcorn. Unfortunately, the last experience we had with the cold, stale popcorn has turned me off of that for awhile. 🤷♀️

Really impressed with how clean it was! We actually took Clorox wipes with us last night because usually tables are greasy and dirty. But last night everything was so clean! We love it! Food was awesome even though we noticed fries were different. Bring back the other seasoned fries lol! But we love it and we usually do dinner and a movie all in one when we go for a Friday night premiere because the food is actually pretty good! We went to 6:30 showing of Morbius on 4/01. Keep it this way, consistency is key!

I like the recliners, but healthier food at the movie such as fruits and vegetable plates, cheese and meat plates would be healthy.
Santikos Embassy Theater is consistently excellent! The staff is always friendly and helpful ,theater and restrooms are always clean , and the chocolate cookies are always a favorite!
I love the large screens, great popcorn, and friendly employees.
Clean, updated and modern
checking in was a little slow but then we were advised to go to concessions and we could be helped there as well, so that was a plus..... and she was also able to sell us some food!
then the bartender was great! and movie theater was clean and lots of popcorn!!
