The Palladium is the only theater we use in San Antonio, even though we have a different theater closer to home. The food, drinks & movies makes it a great experience all around.

The food was good , I love the assign seating !! It's always clean ! The cons: I hate popcorn that is waiting under the light - I pour out my popcorn so I can get the refill - I hate to waste it if you guys scoop it when sold it would be much better

My family and I frequently go to the palladium because of the restaurant. We always enjoy getting the burgers and pizza for the family. Please keep the wonderful food coming in your great restaurant and we will keep coming. Thank you

Good Customer service in the ticket booth
to the snack bar to the attendant in the theatre to help me find my seat. There's plenty of windows open to make these purchases. I don't have to wait long.

Like the theater overall. Theaters are comfortable and clean. The food is actually great....burgers rival even the upscale restaurants. Personnel are helpful, attentive, and kind.

I just enjoy going to the theatre as everyone is usually very nice. Only thing negative I have to say is the new rewards program. I enjoyed getting the different rewards, like the popcorn, drinks and even movie tickets. Since Santikos has changed this, my wife and I don't go as often.
