It is a very clean,comfortable and nicely designed theater. The employees are very friendly and always helpful. I Also enjoy the way you have the sodas set up.

Cleanliness.of the building inside and out.
Courteous employees, I was helped by a manager by the
name of "Robert Palacios" he went out of his way to help
me resolve my problem, (he was sweeping certain areas,
because they were short staffed on that day) yet he was very nice
and professional while he was helping!
great service by this man, keep up the good work in training
your employees!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I always enjoyed the customer service and the quality of the auditoriums.I am however disappointed in the new rewards card.I lost a large popcorn, and was close to getting tickets and soft drinks. The new card is a joke!Sorry ,but I spend much less time recently due to the fact that it doesn't pay to attend as before.I would rather wait now.I used to go to the movies 4-6 times a month.Now I may go once in a month.I Now eat elsewhere before a movie.Theres no benifit to go ,as before building points was instrumental in me going to a movie buying a hot dog and nachos with a drink.With the new card ,It's just not worth it.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My wife and I enjoy the early hours. The first showing is always the greatest due to best sitting choice. Getting the freshest popcorn is great also without having to wait in line for a long time. The friendly service is always great and the use of the elevator is a big plus. The only negative is not enough handicap parking which is why early showings is good for us.

the way I was treated by one of your staff members, a manager by the name of
Robert Palacios... I had a situation that he resolved for me in a kind and professional
manner... they were short handed that evening, and he took on the duties of cleaning
up with a broom in hand... I call employees like that EXCEPTIONAL!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like that it has a Restaraunt and the bar. As a customer it gives me a chance to have dinner right before the movie and I wouldn't be late to go watch the movie.

I like the food, other Santikos theaters provide similar fare but it is presented differently. The food looks more like it is from a restaurant and not like a movie theatre.The taste is better also.
