Everything is amazing except for the rewards card. I have some points to exchange and the didn't appear in my card I spoke to 2 manager's already and they still not fixing the error.

The ambience.

My wife and i have frequently watched movies at this theater and would go early to eat a meal before going to a movie. However, the recent changes to the Menu at the Cafe have made it so that we would probably no longer eat a meal there first. We like eating Sushi and that has been removed from the menu as has the seasoned fries and several other changes that limit the kind of meal we could have.

All of it.

But you should implement a policy of no feet propped on top of front seats. It is uncomfortable to have somebody's shoes next to your head, even 2-3 seats over.
In Mexico they will come in and ask you to put your feet down.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The staff is very friendly, polite and I am always greeted with a smile. I like the popcorn when I can get it fresh, which is 95% of the time when I request it fresh. The soap in the restroom is very good and doesn't have a perfume odor to like many other theaters. Also, I like the paper towels instead of the blower you will find in many other theaters. The seating is very good and spacious.

I thought the old rewards system seemed to give you a lot better value than the present one. It seemed like I was getting a free movie ticket almost every time I was going to the movies. I understand that you can purchase the things you want but there seemed to be more rewards in the older system.

It's a very nice place to see a film and the prices aren't too much for this marketplace. I also like the Coke machines that have so many soft drink choices on them. And Icees!
