Outstanding customer service. All the staff here are very nice people. My wife & I go to the Palladium every week as a date night, and we really enjoy all the movies Santikos has to offer along with Military rates and points on our rewards card. The theater is always clean and we like the enforcement here with cell phones during showtime. That's very important.

The Palladium is more than a theater, it is an experience. Unless absolutely unavoidable, there is no other theater I prefer for great movies, great snacks, and friendly staff.

Everything about the Santikos Theatre is first rate.
The IMAX and AVX experience is awesome. Theaters are kept clean, seating is comfortable. Associates are very helpful. From ticket and concession purchases and watching movies is a wonderful experience. Reserved seating is a plus. Santikos Palladium IMAX is a great place for family and friends.
Everything was great! Wished they regulated the free screenings better. I didnt realize you could take kids to free movie screenings where it admits two not two adults and one child. Yall should also metion that your number doesnt mean you can leave and come back and still have that seat in line.

I have been a frequent visitor at Santikos since I was a child
My mother used to bring my brothers to the movies almost every weekend and now I take my children and friends sometimes two to three times per week. The Palladium is my home theatre but I visit the Silvarado and Bijou quite often. The theaters are always clean and comfortable and the popcorn and food are quite fresh. I am sure that I will continue to attend shows at the theaters for years to come.

There was no line, cashier was friendly. We picked our seats, was asked about a reward card and went on our way. I do think prices went up. For an early movie it used to be 8.50, we paid 10 and was told there was no military discount.
