very nice teather
I love everything about The Palladium. I love to go there with my daughter and son and husband and I even take my mom there when I spend the day with her. On Sunday we went and I ordered a Chai Tea at Starbucks. It was so relaxing to drink my tea while watching the movie. Usually I order the queso & chips from the restaurant. This day I did not, as we had just ate.
The only thing I would say against it is not crazy about assigned seating.
Atmosphere. The patrons watch the movie. Not a lot of distractions.
Only theater I come to! Keep up the great work!

During my last visit to The Palladium I made a horrible mistake. During the movie previews I took my wedding ring and anniversary ring off setting them in my lap, to put on hand lotion. I became distracted as the movie began and forgot to put my two rings back on. I left the theater and realized, about 20 minutes later, that my rings were not on my hands. Horrified & in tears, I rushed back to the theater with my friend to look for them. We immediately asked a gentleman in guest services if anyone had found a ring and like words ringing out from heaven he said, "Yes! Two rings were found." The tears began to flow heavily in disbelief that not only were both rings found, but that someone had actually turned them in. That very special someone was Santikos manager Erica Hernandez. My rings were quickly brought back to me & Erica got to meet an inconsolable woman who was filled with emotion at the thought of losing the wedding ring that I've worn for 20 years and 20th anniversary ring my husband had given to me just weeks before. Thank you will never be enough. Erica is the epitome of honesty and what is truly good about the human spirit. May God continue to bless Erica and her journey in life. Humbly grateful - Name removed
I love the architecture of the building, the uniformity of its employees, the selection of entertainment (i.e. the bar, the restaurant, the arcade), and of course the theaters: wide aisles, comfortable chairs, huge selection of seating, sound system - everything about Santikos theaters is top tier. The only thing that would make it better is a manger or someone of that sort personally asking how my experience was.
