I hate your new implementation of having to select your seats. I makes it difficult to meet up with friends and it also slows down ticket sales. As long as you are doing this, if possible, I will attend the Boerne Starplex.

Everything was superb!
It was no problem obtaining our new loyalty card at the inside counter. Everyone was very friendly, the auditorium was clean and we enjoyed ourselves very much. We always recommend this theater to our friends and family.

We were able to get good seats even though we weren't extremely early for movie and the seat were reserved. We also loved the movie.
Lots of movie choices, lots of showtimes, movie rooms are quiet.

Always clean and well managed theater chain. Been going to your different movie venues (IMAX,AVX, etc..)for about eight years. Just started the new rewards program, seems simpler than the other but rewards of $5 per $100 seem less. Will continue to visit. Thank you.

I liked the help I received at the ticket window to get my gift card updated. I liked the guest services that updated my points when I forgot to get them at the concession stand. I liked the cleanliness of the restrooms and the theater

It is always a good experience
It is by far the most comfortable and technically advanced theaters in San Antonio. Well worth the additional .50 per ticket. The upstairs theaters are terrific big seats. I really love it and wish you would show more "art" films instead of allowing the Bijou to get them. The Palladium is a better experience though I must go to the Bijou ( older, less comfortable) to see these films and I see them all.
My biggest gripe is not enough policing of the theaters. There are still people that ruin the experience with cell phones. We shouldn't be put in the position to ask another patron to stop the offending behavior so we may watch the film the way it is meant to be and the way we have paid for.
I also think the way you went to the "new" awards program was terrible. I lost awards and you my historical data. Just sloppy for a group like Santikos.

We happen to sit upstairs and love, love those chairs. But really all theaters have great seating and are arranged in such a way that even if someone sits right in from of you, you still get an unobstructive view.

I was there @ 1:30 Wed it was rather slow but nevertheless everybody was friendly, doing there jobs w/a smile. The place was running smoothly .
The theatre is exceptionally clean and the seats are very comfortable. The volume of the movie and quality of the screen made the experience enjoyable. We like the flexibility of the movie times and variety of movies shown.

Good movies. When they are not blow'em up, shoot'em up, Aliens of various varieties
or monsters trying to be scary. I prefer real movies about real people.
