employees greeted me with a smile and welcomed me.
there was a little trouble printing the tickets I had purchased online and the person that helped me was very gracious and apologetic for the trouble (which was minimal!)

I have always been a huge fan of Santikos, and I also love the fact that the company is using the Net Promoter Score for their Feedback. I really enjoy the cleanliness of the theater, and the touch screen ticket purchases at the front. I can look through the movies without feeling pressure. I also love that you have a rewards program now, because I am a frequent movie goer.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My Wife & I Love Santikos because the restrooms are always clean, the Staff is always serving us with a smile, that's a plus. Fresh popcorn and drinks, the coke machine area is always picked up and not sticky. Great movies, We notice the Staff always look sharp with their hair and attire. Most of all the theater is always clean. Why would we go anywhere else??? We are Big fans at Imax Palladium at the Rim.
