I particularly enjoy the following:

1) purchasing my tickets online ahead of time AND being able to choose where I sit. This eliminates having to show up early, and I am particular about where I sit in the theater.
2) large viewing screen (e.g. IMAX or AVX)
3) phenomenal immersive sound system

The theater is clean and inviting. The staff are very polite. We enjoy being able to grab a bite to eat and have drinks as we watch the movies.

We went late on a Thursday night and it was not crowded, but there were still plenty of people to help at the concession stand. It's a clean theatre, which I love.

It was a quiet, rainy, Wednesday night with my wife. Everything at the Palladium was clean and in it's place. First time seeing an ATMOS. Sound was great. The Mocking Jay part 1 was shot with ambient light and doesn't look very apealing compared to the other two in the series.

The building is so huge and the theaters are kept quite pleasant. The workers do a good job of maintaining the cleanliness after every showing. A excellent job on the management team to keep all employees professional and always smiling. A overall comfortable experience and the best screens and audio in town!
