The building is so huge and the theaters are kept quite pleasant. The workers do a good job of maintaining the cleanliness after every showing. A excellent job on the management team to keep all employees professional and always smiling. A overall comfortable experience and the best screens and audio in town!

Everything the other day I bought a coffee an the boy forgot to give me my ticket , he couldn't find it so I left an then he ran to the movie theater and give it to me

I like the food and service I get. I like that palladium had the avx and atmos.but what I don't like is that they charge you extra just to see it in avx atmos. Please return the prices back to regular price.

The fact that you showed "The One I Wrote For You". This is a wonderful family film that my entire family enjoyed. There was no violence or sex and the audience applauded at the end. Please extend this showing.

The Palladium is the only theater we use in San Antonio, even though we have a different theater closer to home. The food, drinks & movies makes it a great experience all around.

The food was good , I love the assign seating !! It's always clean ! The cons: I hate popcorn that is waiting under the light - I pour out my popcorn so I can get the refill - I hate to waste it if you guys scoop it when sold it would be much better
