What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Nice clean theater, very friendly staff, convenient to have food to purchase while waiting for movie time. Comfy seats.
Would recommend being able to use a gift card on the app to pre purchase tickets.

Friendly Customer service, being able to secure your seat before going into the theater. To me customer service creates determine customers experience. I love what your theater.

The atmosphere, table are clean, we can have dinner, it's big, there were the cars that looked like the Fast and The Furious. We took a friend and he said he had never been there and that has was going to more often.

I like the awesome soda machines with all the choices of beverages. The theatres are comfortable. I do NOT like having to reserve my seats.
