Theaters are well maintained and clean.
The reason I am contacting you has do do with the food. You used to have very good pizza at the snack bar. I don't know what brand you gave switched to but it is really bad. I would love for you to go back to your other brand.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I liked everything about my Santikos experience, from the building and environment, The cleanliness of the restrooms and concessions area, my interaction with the staff/employees. I love the IMAX theatre . I saw The Avengers:Age of Ultron, the film was great and I was pleasantly surprised to get a free mini poster for seeing it in IMAX. Freebies are always nice.i make it a point to see movies at the Palladium whenever possible and almost always choose a Santikos location if I'm seeing a movie somewhere else.

The service was friendly, the service was expedient, and everything I saw seemed quite clean and welcoming. Although some of your icee flavors were melted, I think I can forgive such an atrocity. I liked that employees participated in the opening night of the avengers by dressing up. It definitely set the mood.
